Diva System Notifications & Service Communications Policy

1. Purpose of This Notice

This Policy explains how the LovesFeet platform (the “Platform”) uses system notifications, operational messages, and service-related communications.

These communications are an integral part of operating, securing, managing, and legally protecting the Platform.

This document is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute Terms & Conditions, nor does it require separate user consent.

The Platform may send various types of system and service-related communications, including but not limited to:

  • Account security alerts and suspicious activity notifications
  • Login, verification, and access-related messages
  • Operational and system-level notifications
  • Notifications regarding updates or changes to the Platform
  • Notifications related to Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or other legal documents
  • Subscription, billing, and account status messages
  • Enforcement-related communications (e.g., restrictions, suspensions, terminations)
  • Maintenance, service interruption, or outage notifications
  • Any other communication necessary for operation, security, compliance, or legal protection

The choice of communication channel is determined at the Platform’s sole discretion.

4. Mandatory Notifications and Limitations

By using the Platform, Diva users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Certain notifications are essential and mandatory
  • Some notifications cannot be disabled or opted out of
  • Receipt of such communications is a required part of using the Platform

Failure to receive or acknowledge such notifications may impact the ability to properly use the Platform.

5. Logging, Retention, and Use

System notifications and communications may:

  • Be logged and stored in system records
  • Be used for operational and security purposes
  • Be used to enforce Platform policies and Terms
  • Serve as evidence in disputes, claims, or legal proceedings

All such processing and retention are carried out in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6. User Control Limitations

Due to operational, technical, and legal considerations, users may not have full control over all notification types or communication channels.

The Platform does not guarantee the ability to manage or disable all notifications.

7. Changes to This Policy

The Platform may update this Policy from time to time.

The most current version shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.
