This Diva / Content Provider Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between LovesFeet (the “Platform”) and Diva users (content creators) who upload, publish, or otherwise make content available on the Platform.

By registering as a Diva and/or uploading content, the user agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement supplements the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Trust & Safety Policy, and other applicable legal documents.

All Divas must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Complete identity and age verification via a designated third-party KYC provider (“Proper User”)
• Provide accurate and truthful information

The Platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if verification requirements are not met.

The Diva agrees not to upload, publish, or distribute any content that:

• Is illegal or violates applicable laws
• Involves minors or any depiction or suggestion of minors
• Is abusive, exploitative, non-consensual, or misleading
• Violates the Platform’s Terms & Conditions or policies

Violation may result in immediate enforcement action, including content removal or account termination.

The Diva represents and warrants that, prior to uploading any content, she has obtained and maintains valid, written consent from all individuals depicted in the content, including:

• Consent to be depicted in the content
• Consent for the public distribution and publication of the content on the Platform
• Consent for downloading of the content by users, where such functionality is enabled

Such consent must:

• Be informed and voluntary
• Be documented and retained by the Diva
• Be made available upon request by the Platform or competent authorities

The Diva is solely responsible for ensuring that:

• All individuals depicted in the content are at least eighteen (18) years of age
• The identity and age of such individuals have been verified
• Supporting documentation can be provided upon request

The Platform does not independently verify all individuals appearing in user-generated content.

By uploading content, the Diva grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display the content
• Distribute and make the content available to users
• Promote and feature the content within the Platform
• Make technical adaptations necessary for functionality

This license remains valid for as long as the content is hosted on the Platform.

The Diva expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

• Content uploaded to the Platform may be publicly displayed
• Content may be accessible to other users of the Platform
• Content may be used by the Platform in accordance with its Terms and policies

Such consent must be explicitly confirmed during the account registration and/or content upload process (e.g., via a checkbox or similar mechanism).

The Diva agrees to comply with:

• All applicable laws and regulations
• Platform policies and standards
• Industry compliance requirements, including those related to adult content

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Restrict or terminate accounts
• Request documentation or proof of consent
• Preserve data for compliance purposes
• Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities

The Platform acts as a hosting service for user-generated content.

The Diva acknowledges that:

• She is solely responsible for the content she uploads
• The Platform does not assume responsibility for the legality, accuracy, or compliance of such content

The Diva agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Uploaded content
• Failure to obtain proper consent
• Violation of applicable laws or this Agreement

This Agreement must be read together with:

• Terms & Conditions
• Trust & Safety Policy
• Privacy Policy
• Complaints & Content Removal Policy

The Platform may update this Agreement at any time.

The most current version applies upon publication.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Jurisdiction lies with its courts.
