LovesFeet (the “Platform”) is an online digital platform intended exclusively for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Platform by Divas (content creators). Divas are users who create, upload, publish, and manage content on the Platform.

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, the Diva agrees to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

Access to and use of the Platform as a Diva is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

All Divas must complete identity and age verification through a designated third-party KYC provider (“Proper User”) prior to uploading or publishing any content.

By registering, the Diva represents and warrants that:

• She is at least 18 years of age
• She is legally permitted to create and publish adult-oriented content
• All provided information is accurate and truthful

Failure to complete or maintain verification may result in suspension or termination without notice.

To access the Platform, Divas must create an account using an email or phone number and complete verification.

Divas:

• Are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials
• Are responsible for all activity under their account
• May manage profile visibility and interactions via Platform tools

All actions performed through the account are deemed to be performed by the Diva.

The Platform operates as a content hosting and social interaction platform.

Divas may:

• Upload and publish content
• Maintain a public profile
• Interact with users
• Use optional paid features (subscriptions, boosts, etc.)

The Platform does not act as a marketplace or payment intermediary between users.

Content uploaded by Divas:

• May be publicly visible
• May appear in feeds, search, and recommendations
• May be indexed by search engines
• May be promoted within the Platform

Visibility and reach are not guaranteed.

Divas retain ownership of their content.

By uploading content, the Diva grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host and store content
• Display and distribute content
• Promote and feature content
• Index content externally
• Adapt content for technical purposes

This license remains valid as long as content is hosted and may survive termination where required.

The Platform may offer optional paid features:

• Subscriptions
• Boosts
• Visibility enhancements

These services:

• May be modified or discontinued at any time
• Do not guarantee results or exposure

The Platform does not process, facilitate, or act as an intermediary for payments between users.

Any financial interactions that may occur between users are conducted independently and outside the Platform, at the sole responsibility and risk of the users involved.

The Platform does not control, monitor, or assume any responsibility for such transactions, including but not limited to disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or non-payment.

Divas are strictly prohibited from:

• Uploading content involving minors
• Sharing illegal, abusive, or non-consensual content
• Misrepresentation or impersonation
• Circumventing security systems
• Using bots or automation

Violations may result in immediate enforcement.

The Platform uses:

• Automated systems (AI)
• Human moderation

Content and accounts may be:

• Flagged
• Restricted
• Removed
• Suspended or terminated

Final enforcement actions may be carried out through automated systems, human review, or a combination of both, at the Platform’s sole discretion.

All content uploaded by Divas is subject to moderation and may be reviewed and screened prior to or after publication to ensure compliance with applicable laws, Platform policies, and content standards.

The Platform enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward:

• Abuse
• Exploitation
• Human trafficking
• Coercion
• Illegal activities

The Platform may:

• Remove content
• Suspend accounts
• Restrict access
• Retain data for legal and compliance purposes

The Platform is not obligated to provide justification.

All payments for digital services are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or reputation arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.

The Diva agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from claims, damages, or legal costs arising from content or violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

• Platform live chat (AI and human support)

No telephone support is provided.

18.1 Adults Only

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults.

By using the Platform, the Diva confirms that:

• She is at least eighteen (18) years of age
• She is legally permitted to access and create adult-oriented content

18.2 Mandatory Age and Identity Verification

All Divas are required to complete identity and age verification through a designated third-party provider (“Proper User”) before accessing content upload functionality.

18.3 User Responsibility

Divas are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with age-related laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

18.4 18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance

To the extent applicable, the Platform complies with the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257.

The Platform:

• Does not produce content
• Does not employ or contract performers
• Acts solely as a digital hosting and communication service

18.5 Platform Role and Content Scope

The Platform operates as an intermediary hosting user-generated content.

Where applicable, content available on the Platform may fall outside the scope of 18 U.S.C. §2257 requirements where it does not constitute regulated sexually explicit conduct under applicable law.

18.6 User-Generated Content Responsibility

All content is:

• Uploaded by users
• Controlled by users

Users are solely responsible for:

• Legality
• Rights
• Age compliance

18.7 Representations by Users

By uploading content, the Diva confirms that:

• All individuals depicted are at least eighteen (18) years of age
• The content complies with applicable laws
• She holds all necessary rights and permissions

18.8 Disclaimer

The Platform does not verify all user-generated content and assumes no liability for third-party content.

18.9 Enforcement and Cooperation

The Platform may:

• Remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Preserve data
• Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities

18.10 Jurisdiction

This section is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
