This Policy explains how the LovesFeet platform (the “Platform”) uses the Proper User verification service, how verification applies to different user types, and the limits of the Platform’s responsibility in connection with this process.

All Diva users (content creators) are required to complete identity and age verification through a third-party KYC provider (“Proper User”).

This requirement applies because Divas:

• Upload content to the Platform
• Must be adults (18+) under applicable law
• Are subject to enhanced legal and regulatory requirements

No Diva may access or operate on the Platform without successful completion of the verification process.

Alpha users (content consumers) are not required to undergo Proper User verification.

However, the Platform may allow Alpha users to voluntarily complete verification at their sole discretion.

Optional verification may provide:

• A visible verification indicator or badge
• Recognition as a verified user
• Potential reputational or functional benefits

Failure to complete verification does not restrict access to the Platform.

Proper User verification is conducted by an independent third-party service provider specializing in identity verification and KYC services.

The Platform:

• Does not perform verification directly
• Does not control verification processes or methodologies
• Does not determine verification outcomes

The Platform does not receive or store identity documents such as passports or ID cards.

Only limited metadata may be shared, including:

• Confirmation of age (18+)
• Identity verification status
• Verification outcome (verified / not verified)

All such data sharing and processing are carried out in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

• Verification is provided free of charge to users
• Validity, renewal, or expiration is determined solely by the Proper User provider
• The Platform does not guarantee any specific duration of verification status

Users acknowledge that:

• The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the verification process
• Verification does not guarantee true identity or legal compliance
• Responsibility lies with the third-party provider and the user

Proper User verification shall not be interpreted as:

• An endorsement or certification by the Platform
• A guarantee of legality or trustworthiness
• A substitute for independent user judgment

The Platform may update this Policy from time to time.

The most recent version shall apply upon publication.
