Subject to applicable law and Platform policies, adult content may be permitted where:

• All individuals are adults (18+)
• Content is lawful
• Content is consensual
• Content is not exploitative or abusive

The Platform reserves the right to remove content that presents legal, reputational, or safety risks.

5.1 Minors and Youth-Related Content

• Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors
• Any depiction or implication of minors
• Age misrepresentation or “barely legal” themes

5.2 Non-Consensual or Exploitative Content

• Content shared without consent
• Blackmail, coercion, or threats
• Voyeurism or hidden recording

5.3 Human Trafficking and Exploitation

• Any form of trafficking or coercion
• Control of individuals or content against their will

5.4 Prostitution and Solicitation

• Promotion or arrangement of real-world sexual services
• Offline sexual transactions

5.5 Violence and Harm

• Threats, violence, or harmful conduct

5.6 Harassment and Abuse

• Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or coercion

5.7 Impersonation and Deception

• False identities

The Platform enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any content involving minors

The Platform may:

• Terminate accounts

• Cooperate with authorities

Such actions may be taken without prior notice and may include reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

• Divas must complete mandatory identity verification (KYC)
• All users must be 18+
• The Platform may request additional checks where necessary

Users may report:

• Content
• Profiles
• Behavior

Via in-platform tools or support channels.

Abusive or false reporting may itself be subject to enforcement.

All reports are subject to review.

The Platform may consider:

• Severity
• Risk level

The Platform may:

• Restrict access

Actions may be taken without prior notice.

Severe violations may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Permanent bans

Messaging may not be used for:

• Harassment
• Solicitation
• Illegal activity

All future features, including paid content, remain subject to this Policy.

Users may request review of enforcement actions.

Reinstatement is not guaranteed.
